Warranty service :
1. Non-artificial malfunction occurs within 7 days from the date of purchase, and the seller is responsible for replacement or repair free of charge.
2. Non-human faults occur after 7 days from the date of purchase, and will enjoy free warranty service during the valid warranty period.
3. From the date of purchase, "Seeyou" brand cameras can enjoy 24-month warranty service.

Our company is not responsible for the free warranty for the following cases (a certain material cost fee is charged as appropriate):
1. The product exceeds the free warranty period;
2. The appearance is seriously damaged, and it is installed and used in abnormal environment;
3. The product is not installed and used according to the method described in the manual issued by our company;
4. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, and external power supply damage;
5. Damage caused by impact, fire, lightning, flooding, human negligence and natural disasters.

Packaging and shipping:
1. For the freight generated within the warranty scope, both parties pay one journey each; for the freight generated outside the warranty scope, the buyer is responsible
2. Please package the defective product properly before returning it to prevent damage during shipping, and please indicate the problem description of the defective product.
